Who is behind The kebab Station?
When I firstly came to London I was shocked from the enormous amount of different cultures and different food gathered in one city. I was so eager to learn and create something new. So I started my journey…
A mother and daughter arrived in London over 10 years ago due to the sparks of war in Syria coming from a long line of Syrian chefs and of course, learned from the best cooks of them all- our mothers, aunties, and grandmas to bring that authentic warm and homely feel to each of our dishes.
Of course, its no secret that great food needs great fresh produce. We take great care in our cooking using only the finest natural ingredients, working daily with the local Arab bread bakery and a respected halal butchery, supporting our local businesses and community. Our food is prepared with no additives nor preservatives, keeping good health and nutrition one of our main objectives.
That is why we started our franchise in order to spread the Authentic taste of Arabic cousin all over UK. We prepare everything from sauces to the meat without taking any shortcuts so you can enjoy the real taste that you can only get if you travel to the orient.
